The 2020 delivery of the Custom Xplorer ANAWA marked the beginning of a new era in explorer yachting. As the first vessel from our Xplorer range, ANAWA immediately captivated with her charming color scheme and impressive features, including a dedicated helicopter hangar for enhanced exploration.

Xplorer Yachts in Build
The Damen Yachting Xplorer 60 series (previously called Seaxplorer) are being built with a focus on sustainability and efficiency. They feature a hybrid power and propulsion system that allows for both diesel-electric and battery-electric operation. This reduces fuel consumption and emissions, making it more environmentally friendly. The yachts are also equipped with a waste heat recovery system that captures heat from the engines to provide hot water and heating for the yacht.
The Xplorer 60 is designed to be a true explorer yacht, capable of reaching remote and challenging destinations. It has an ice-classed hull that allows it to navigate through ice-covered waters, and its long range and ample storage capacity make it ideal for extended voyages. The yacht is also equipped with a variety of advanced navigation and communication systems, as well as a comprehensive security system.
With a cruising range of over 5000 nautical miles, yet a spacious interior designed for luxury and comfort the first Xplorer 60 expedition yacht has just been launched and is available Spring 2025 and Xplorer 6002 is under construction and available for delivery in late 2025.

The first Xplorer 60 luxury expedition yacht, which has recently launched for sea trials, within the Damen Yachting Xplorer 60 series. Boasting a reinforced ice-class steel hull and an aluminium superstructure, ensuring it can withstand the rigours of polar expeditions and challenging sea conditions.
It accommodates 12 guests in six suites, with a full-beam owner's suite. With a 5,000 nautical mile range and 14.5 knot top speed, it's ready for immediate exploration. Contact us for details.
